IMPORTANT BATCHING INFORMATION
Porcelain is a Man made product, manufactured in batches and therefore the colour and texture may vary from batch to batch.
This may mean that the porcelain you receive when ordered may differ from the samples or showroom displays viewed before purchasing.
Different sizes of tiles are manufactured in different batches. As such we do not recommend mixing sizes together.
If you feel this may be a concern for you, please contact our sales team who will be happy to advise you accordingly.
It would be prudent to make a note of the ‘batch colour code’ of the delivered porcelain in case further stock is required. This can be found on the box that the porcelain is packaged in, and it is usually a number followed by a letter, or a six digit number. In doing so we may be able to source the same batch in the future, although this is not guaranteed, so ordering enough from the front is advised.

Our Standard Economy/Free Delivery is usually a 2/3 Business days (48hr Service). For some locations & rural areas it can increase by up to 2 additional days. All delivery dates given by us are estimates and an exact delivery date will only be confirmed by Palletways.

EXPRESS DELIVERY (Next Working Day) AVAILABLE ON CHECKOUT FOR AN ADDITIONAL £20 PER PACK.
SPECIAL ORDERS / BESPOKE ORDERS – Typically non stock orders take 3-5 weeks direct from the country of origin, subject to availability from the factory. Lead times on these orders are always estimated, and remain out of the control of Cheshire Stone.
